A third generation version of the esteemed Buster M
A third generation version is now available of the esteemed five-person family boat, Buster M. The most tangible change is the new consoles: they are more ergonomic than ever before, and offer a much better windscreen. The console can now be installed on the left side as well. The passenger comfort is also increased with the new design of the back seat.
The new Buster M is 4.6 metres long and only weighs just over 300 kilos. Thanks to its light weight and marine aluminium structure, it is easy to manage onshore and on a brakeless trailer. The economical frame structure translates into a low power requirement and low planing threshold.
The 4.5-metre Busters have always been market leaders in their class. The first Buster M model was introduced in 1997 to replace the ten-year-old classic version, Buster RS. The old RS boats are still sought after on the pre-owned boat market.
The standard version of the new Buster M has one console and plenty of floor space. The console is designed so that both flush and surface mounted plotters can be used. There is also room for various meters and a compass, and the 12 volt plug comes as a standard accessory. A 45-litre seat box is located in front of the console.
As opposed to the previous versions, the new Buster M is also available with two consoles, allowing the entire back area to be protected against wind and splashing water with an entirely new kind of door. The lower part of the easy-to-use door is made of transparent polycarbonate, and the upper part can be rolled up. A cockpit cover is available for the two-console model. The cover can be folded over the motor well so as to not take up any space within the boat.
As an alternative for the console, a long side seat/rod box can be installed onto the left side. Another feature that increases passenger comfort is the backrest for the back seat. The side console, extending all the way from the rear of the boat to the driver's console, is one example of the practical solutions in the boat. The wiring is entirely led through the side console, meaning that even accessories can be installed neatly. There is also a place for anti-theft equipment.
